I have over ten years' experience in technology, marketing and consulting roles in the Internet, IT and telecommunications industries.
I currently focus on user experience and usability work.
I hold an honours degree in Computer Science (1991) and a Master's degree in Electronic Publishing (City University, 2004). I completed the HCI and Ergonomics Master's course at UCLIC in 2008.
