Diabetes UK wanted to overhaul its website by starting on a review of its homepage and site navigation.
The project proposed a number of user-centred research activities, before a redesign of the home page layout based on user and business needs. Reporting to the Foviance UX manager I carried out research and design activities below.
These drew primarily from the user research and identify the key goals mapped to possible journeys through the site
The proposed homepage featured content areas that addressed different audience types and different stages and aspects of diabetes
